Medical updates, particularly in the field of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), are a fundamental component of professional practice.
IBD is one of the areas of gastroenterology in which new clinical studies bring about annual changes in the therapeutic and management approaches adopted by specialists.
The aim of this course is to summarize the scientific evidence generated over the past year and, above all, to highlight its implications for everyday clinical practice.
The topics covered range from radiological techniques to endoscopy, from the use of conventional and biologic therapies to safety-related aspects.
These subjects will be presented through literature reviews and illustrated by the discussion of clinical cases.
